How it works:
When you contact us, we will need the following details:

••• property name you will be staying at
••• day of arrival
••• time of arrival
••• if you are flying or driving
••• name your reservation is under
••• name of your spouse/partner
••• form of payment (full payment will be collected on day we speak)
We will contact hotel management to arrange set up. Please be aware that check in, at most properties, is at 4 pm, and any requests (such as room location, room view, early check in, etc) you either place with us or the property you are staying at, cannot be guaranteed.
Every set up (romantic, birthday, anniversary, proposal, family gathering etc) is unique and has been customized based on the details the person placing the order has shared with us, and we will be more than happy to do the same for you!
We are only allowed to prepare this beautiful surprise only prior to check in, once you check in and place your belongings inside your hotel/resort room, we will not be allowed to perform these services, please keep this in mind, thank you for trusting us with such a special getaway, we are looking forward to celebrating with you!
