We do not usually deliver flowers, but with enough notice (at least 24 hours) we can make it happen!

About Delivery
Kissimmee, Orlando (some areas), Poinciana (some areas), Lake Buena Vista, all Disney areas, Davenport, Winter Haven, Haines City, Clermont, Dundee, Lake Alfred, Lake Wales Cities and other cities around these areas will have a
Convenience Delivery Fee of $15-$20 (other cities may be included)
Winter Garden, Windermere, Winter Park, Saint Cloud, Lakeland, Apopka, Oviedo, Casselberry,
Sanford, Leesburg, Mount Dora Cities, and other cities around these areas will have a
Convenience Delivery Fee of $20-$30 (other cities may be included)
Any other cities outside these ratios, and some Orlando and Poinciana areas, will be treated on a 'case by case' scenario.
Central Florida deliveries only.
Deliveries are done Monday thru Friday.
Some deliveries are done after 5pm.
Extra $10 Weekend Delivery Fee
About Items Pick Up
If you would like us to include your company's' branded items in your order, we will be happy to do so for no additional design or labor fees. Items Pick Up Convenience Fee $15 on orders below $1,000.

About Hotels/Resorts Deliveries (for personal orders, not Hospitality orders)
- yes, we'll be happy to deliver to most hotels and resorts in the Central Florida area
- order will be delivered to the Front Desk
- Front Desk takes over the responsibility of getting the gift baskets to your gift recipient
- once we deliver the gift basket to the Front Desk agent, we are not responsible for the misplacement or damage done to the order delivered
- most hotels/resorts will not place a gift basket in the guest room prior to their arrival, therefore the Front Desk agent will either surprise the gift recipient upon check in or the Front Desk agent will have an employee deliver the gift basket to the gift recipient's room once they are checked in

Yes, we do ship nationwide! Shipping will be treated on a 'case by case' scenario. We can ship some of our gifts on our Local Delivery Gifts page, although gift design will be adjusted to ensure safety of package and quality of shipment. No alcohol, no liquids will be shipped. About Bulk-Hospitality Orders
Bulk discounts available, this depends on size of order, designs, property, etc. Hospitality orders above $1,000 before tax, do not carry a Delivery Fee. Hospitality orders below $1,000 before tax, carry a $20 Delivery Fee. Please contact us for more details.
About Customized/Themed Designs
Our themed gift baskets designs start at $100. Please contact us for details.
About Returns
We apologize, we do not accept returns of our gifts/gift baskets. However, if there is anything you have a concern with, please contact us right away. If the gift recipient declines your gift basket we will not return our Delivery Fee, we will return 30% of the cost of the gift basket (excluding Delivery Fee).
